Cate Osborn (she/they), known online as Catieosaurus, is a certified sex educator, intimacy coach, and mental health advocate known for candid conversations about living with ADHD, depression, and chronic pain. After earning two Masters degrees in Shakespeare from Mary Baldwin University, she performed at prestigious venues including the Kennedy Center, American Shakespeare Center, and Great River Shakespeare Festival, and worked as a teaching artist at schools and universities across the country. She then served as Entertainment Director at the Georgia Renaissance Festival before transitioning to content creation during the pandemic, where she gained nearly 2 million followers in under a year.

A Twitch Partner and Playboy contributor, she hosts the popular podcast Sorry I Missed This on the Understood.Org network, which explores ADHD,s impact on relationships, intimacy, and communication. She also co-hosts Catie and Erik’s Infinite Quest with Erik Gude, a top-50 mental health podcast. Her educational work focuses on ADHD advocacy, disability awareness, and neurodivergent relationships, with particular expertise in making sex education and the kink community more accessible for disabled and neurodivergent people.

As a professional streamer and TTRPG influencer, Cate is passionate about bringing conversations about neurodiversity and accessibility into gaming spaces. She’s an avid Dungeons & Dragons player and advocates for inclusive design in tabletop gaming.

In early 2021, she participated in Ships of the Northern Fleet, a viral collaborative improv project where TikTokers created an entire fandom around a nonexistent steampunk sky pirate TV show. Playing bisexual lead character Annie Wreyburn, Cate helped create internet culture magic that garnered New York Times coverage and spawned wikis, fan art, and genuine community.

Her advocacy and education work has appeared in The New York Times, Cosmopolitan, Time Magazine, GQ, VICE, Medium, Mashable, Bustle, and InStyle. She’s been featured on The Today Show, The Doctors (CBS), the American Sex Podcast with Sunny Megatron, and The Mental Illness Happy Hour with Paul Gilmartin.

Cate is a regular speaker at major conventions including DragonCon, GenCon, ECCC, PAX Unplugged, and MomoCon, where she hosts panels on inclusivity, accessibility, and neurodivergence at the gaming table. Her debut book will be released by Simon & Schuster in March 2026, and she’ll be embarking on a national comedy tour in 2026.

Her life goals include talking about ADHD with Elmo on Sesame Street and having a single line in a Star Wars movie.
